COLTON ROHWEDER

Colton Rohweder is a mixed media artist working at the intersection of fashion design, garment construction, and atmospheric composition. His practice centers on the emotional and spatial impact of form—how simplified silhouettes and layered textures can evoke movement, narrative, and mood.

Primarily using charcoal, oil, and oil-based mediums, Colton's visual work explores the relationship between body and space, object and environment. Whether through constructed garments or abstract compositions, he investigates how art shapes the atmosphere of a room—and how the items we wear, in turn, shape our presence within it.

His pieces often blur the line between utility and expression, inviting viewers to consider how material, gesture, and design influence interaction. Each work is an experiment in emotional architecture: tactile, intentional, and quietly immersive.
